We are both excited and proud of all that Lincoln Green East community now has to offer.
The Lincoln Green East Community Improvement Association was formed for the purpose of providing maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the residential lots within the Lincoln Green East subdivision and promoting the safety, health and welfare of its residents. We are a Deed Restriction Community.
The development of Lincoln Green East, a not-for-profit corporation, was through a Joint Venture in the late 1977s. The community consist of 603 lots with an average living space* between 1,040—3,553 sq ft. In 1981, The Ryland Group completed the construction of the Recreation Center which consisted of a 1,200 sq ft elevated clubhouse, swimming pool, asphalt tennis court and playground.
This landscape remained until approximately 2009 when the amenities were allowed to deteriorate. Several handovers also began to occur until May 2017, where we would find stability beginning with re-investment in our assets, activities and renewed partnerships changing our community for the better creating the amenity package that we have today for all owners/residents who are current on assessments, to enjoy. Our amenities today include:

- Spray Ground and Swimming Pool
- Basketball and Tennis Courts
- MUD #33 Community Park and Hike Trail
Lincoln Green East is CONNECTED: Approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Houston, the Woodlands, and the Galleria, we are in the heart of our transportation connectors - Beltway 8, Hardy Toll Road, Interstate 45, Highway 69, and Highway 249. The Aldine School District area schools include: Conley Elementary, Plummer Middle School and Davis High School. Area Colleges include: Prairie View Willowbrook, LoneStar Greenspoint/North Harris/University Park. We are just minutes away from outstanding medical facilities in the Woodlands, and the Medical Center.
